This is a good day, isn’t it?
Summer is most assuredly here.
It’s proven in the sky. Well, um, the heat. It is rather hot. (:
Well, today is a day for art and things related! I have collected a few photos of letter art and some watercolorings and such. Let’s go, shall we?
I’ve been doing a lot of floral lately around the address and such.
I have a few questions about my one little yellow rose in the corner… XD
I have been making a few envelopes lately and it’s fun to use different scrapbook paper. I ย had this little “counting my blessings” sticker and I thought that would be a fun address sticker. (I’ve found it’s a tidbit difficult to write on this particular paper(: )
A little collection of a letter. I like sticking with a color theme for letters. I always like collecting little things like bookmarks, cute notecards, stickers, quotes, paintings, it’s fun to fill a letter with doo-da’s(:
Yellow has been a cheery color to me lately and I’ve been using it a lot. I like sunflowers a lot, so yellow + sunflowers, hmm? hmm? (:
A friend of mine had a birthday, so I made her a card. I stuck pretty simple for this one, but I enjoyed how it came out. Do you watercolor?
My friend Laura wondered if I would like to write three letters to some elderly people in an assisted living home, so I said yes! (: I made three different letters. Thanks, Laura! ‘Twas fun(:
I’ve been cutting pages of multi-media paper in half and doing watercolor borders. It adds a little somthin’ somthin’ (:

You know something that’s a little (fun, but) difficult? Teeth and watercolor. It’s a little tricky to make it look like teeth! Over all, I like how she turned out.
A tree.
A watercolor tree. (:
Trees are tricky! (alliteration)
Quotes/verses on ATC’s are a fun thing to add in a letter. (Also fun to make!)
This is one of my favorite verses, and I thought I’d try a large-scale painting.
Someone asked me for a painting of a cake, so I made one(: Mm… now I want cake!
We also went to a Atlanta Braves game, to which my camera was present. We had the next row down from the highest seats. O.o My stomach got a little knotted up, ’twas quite high(:
I hope you’ve enjoyed this art post, and I hope you’re having a great day!
Do you watercolor? What’s your most used art supply? Do you write letters (contact(: )? Do you like chocolate? What’s your favorite baseball team?
Your watercolor flowers are so prettyyy ๐ Thanks for sharing!
