Yet Another Clump

Hello, All!

Do you have any snow? We were supposed to get one inch yesterday, which is about the only amount of snow we get every year. Guess what?

We got 20 MEASLY MINUTES of FLURRIES!!!

😞 Well, there’s Georgia for you.

It seems lately that I have been taking a lot of random photos that don’t really fit in certain posts or categories, so I shall cluster them together in a pile of pixels here! Most of these are quite random, though. Enjoy!

(Pen-Pal) Letter Art

8th April 2020 Our House 123 Anywhere St., Any City.png

Hello! I’m glad to be back posing again. It’s already been a week since the BUJO Series I did! Wow, this past week’s gone fast!

Well, today I’m back again with something similar to that. I’ve been catching up on a lot of letters to my friends lately, and I was using a few themes when making my cards. I only took a few pictures of each card while I was making them, but I thought I’d share, anyway!

For the first card I chose the cute little saying/quote “Advice from a Sunflower” (In full below)

I just lightly sketched in the words.

img_9011

img_9012

Then, I used my fudenosuke hard tip over the words.

img_9013

Then I took my little kneaded eraser (that looks somewhat like an astroid😂) and went all over the words to get rid of the pencil.

img_9014

img_9015

Then I had to choose my colors for the sunflower. I didn’t want it to be too dark or two light, so I tested out all the ones in between.

img_9016

I chose two medium colored yellow/orange. (I always love trying to decide colors!)

IMG_9017.JPG

Then I started sketching out the sunflower. I did the darker petals in front, then the lighter ones in back.

IMG_9020.JPG

Then I had to choose a brown color. I tested a lot of different colors, and again ended up with a lighter and a darker color.

I colored the center with the light brown color. I could’ve left it like this, but I felt like it needed something else.

IMG_9023.JPG

I just did a lot of messy dots inside that circle. It was what it was missing!

img_9024

I chose not to outline anything with a black pen so the words were more visible. It ended up looking pretty cute!

img_9049

IMG_9028.JPG

Then I went to make the envelope. It’s fun making a theme between the card and envelope! I went to find the middle…

(Also, sorry for the odd lighting!)

IMG_9031.JPG

Then I got a jar out and put it in the center of the paper, but off-center of the middle. (To the left of the center. Does that make even a hair of sense?🤣) Then I traced around it.

IMG_9033.JPG

IMG_9036.JPG

Then I sketched out the petals. Make sure the circle (the center of the flower) is wide enough to put an address.

img_9037

Then fill it in with a Micron (or other black pen) and color. This sunflower is a lot more basic, with a little bit of an animated look.

img_9048

Then I chose the colors of wax beads I was going to use.

IMG_9054.JPG

There we go! Aren’t they cute? I love sunflowers.

IMG_9057.JPG

Then I made another one! I used Proverbs 16:24 for the next card. I used a honey comb as the characters in this one.

IMG_9060.JPG

Then I made the envelope similar to the card.

IMG_9075.JPG

They both turned out pretty cute! I cut out a little foam cat and then colored it in and added blush. That makes everything better, right?😄

img_9077

Then here came another one! I really liked how this one came out!

img_9120

(Sorry this is so blurry! I only got one picture☹️) I really like how this one looked!

IMG_9130.JPG

Then I went to make the matching envelope again.

IMG_9136.JPG

I added some sketchy lines where I was going to put the address, and I did the same kind of flowers on the card.

img_9138

(Again, Blurry!) I did the same for the return address.

IMG_9142.JPG

And that’s it! I hope you enjoyed!

Have a great day!

Which Card/Envelope did you like best? Do you like sunflowers?

2019 BUJO Setup, Day 7 (Last day!!)

text placeholder-2

Hi!!

Thank you for coming back for the last day of this little series! (I’m calling it a series, but its just pretty much one post stretched out over a few days😊)

I really like to have a fitness log in my Bullet Journal to good at and mentally cross-off one by one. I don’t “work out,” but every morning and/or night I do a little mini work out. I like to make them and I like to set a goal for them. A lot of my “work out” is for running. You can definitely edit this to your own if you are planning on doing something like this!

Sorry about the weird light ing in this post! (I think I’ve said that all week!😂)

Ah, A nice blank page. You might need two, or even three for your plan!

img_9147

I always just lay it out in pencil and then later go over it in micron or just pen. It helps if you want to change anything before the final. (Like I do later!)

IMG_9148.JPG

And then I just eyed some evenly distanced lines for the separate categories all the way down. (If you have a certain category that has more to it, just customize it to what you need.)

IMG_9149.JPG

img_9152

Then I colored it in with my Fudenosuke pens and Microns.

img_9156

Then you can  write down your plan for the month/week/year/day.

IMG_9160.JPG

That’s it! I hope you enjoyed this mini series!

Bye, Friends!

~theJunebugblog

Let Me know if you did any of these!

2019 BUJO Setup, Day 6

text placeholder-2

Hi!

Today Is day six! I can’t believe it has almost been a week! Wow.

This post is going to be kind-of short, because I didn’t do step-by-step this time.

For all you musicians out there, this is quite helpful. I make these every month to help me keep my goal for my music practice. It’s pretty easy. You just write your practice goal, and all the things you have to learn and there importance.

img_9008

I make them for all the instruments I play, not including ukulele because I don’t really have a schedule for that😊

I’ve quite filled them in since these pictures were taken!

img_9009

Wasn’t that quick?! Whoa! That’s probably my least word count ever😄 118 words. Wow! Hehe.

Well, I hope you enjoyed! Come back tomorrow for the last day!

2019 BUJO Setup, Day 5

text placeholder-2

Ah, Hello there! I’m glad to see you!

Today is day 5 of my Bullet Journal setup series/daily posts! I can’t wait to get started with this post today.

I’m going to be showing a few different pages, since they’re pretty short and simple.

This first on is my passwords page. If you’re anything like me, this is great to have. I’m always forgetting my passwords to things! To start out, All you do is label the page. I named mine “Passwords.” I thought that was super creative! (😂)img_9003

Then you just write out the websites/other that the passwords go to. After you do that, finish by writing down the passwords!

Also, sorry about this weird lighting! I have this strange light in my closet where my desk is.

IMG_9002.JPG

img_9004

And little doodles of locks and bolts and safes always make everything better!

img_9006

Pretty easy, right? Of course, you could make this however you want to! Yay! Onward.

This next photo I sadly didn’t do step-by-step, but I should’ve, because it’s my favorite! LOOK! It’s a tiny little bookshelf! I love making these little shelves. They’re actually SUPER simple. All you do is out line the shelf in whatever color your heart desires, then color in thick (ish. I just use full pressure on my Tombow pens/thick side on Crayola markers) colorful lines and place various objects on/beside them and then write the books I want to read! And it’s adorable!

img_9007

And this next on is a little letter tracker I use. It’s fun to look back on the month and see the letters you got and sent out! I just draw a line from the person I got the letter from to me sending one out.

img_9010

There It is for today! I hope you enjoyed this post!

Thanks for reading! Two days left! Come back tomorrow!

2019 BUJO Setup, Day 4

text placeholder-2

Greetings, all!

Are you in good health? I hope so!

Today we’re creating a habit tracker! I use this every night before I go to bed. First, I had to list all my most important habits and picked the most important ones.

First I drew a long rectangle. I used my dots as the size for the lines. I drew the lines 31 dots apart length wise, and 12 dots height wise. Then I followed the dots and filled in the rectangle with lines, creating a square grid.

IMG_8630.JPG

I didn’t put numbers outside of the squares, but you could if you wanted too. I also wrote the colors I used at the bottom. It looks best if you fill them in using the same color for each habit.

img_8632

There ’tis! I hope you enjoyed!

Come back ttooommoorrrooww!

2019 BUJO Setup, Day 3

Text placeholder-2.png

Aloha, Friends!

Today I have more pages setup! I’m excited to share them with you! This is a water tracker. Set your goal for drinking water before you start. They say that you’re supposed to drink 8 8oz. cups of water everyday. that is my goal for this month. First I gather some supplies. A black pen of some sort, a ruler, and a blue pen. (I’m using one of my Tombow Dual Brush pens)

img_8603

Start by drawing a “|+___” And connect them together. Leave some space above, on the sides, and below.

img_8605

Start by writing your goal of cups of water starting with #1 at the bottom of the page moving up. Remember: you are writing this outside the “L” on the part of it that’s going up.

IMG_8607.JPG

Once you set your goal, on outside of the line that’s going up; on the outside of the line that’s going sideways write out all the days of the month evenly. (as you can see mine could’ve been a little neater😜)

img_8608

Now get out your blue pen and fill in the amount of water you drank that day in line with the day, below. And there you have it! pretty simple!

IMG_8616.JPG

This is what it looks like now. It was a few days ago that I took these pictures.

IMG_9001.JPG
Sorry about all this wacky lighting!

Well, there’s today’s post! Come back tomorrow!

Thank you for reading, dears!

2019 BUJO Setup, Day 2

HI! *waves hand with a big grin*

Are you well?

I have my first couple pages of my Bullet Journal prepared! I’m excited to show you! I started out just writing my name. (I added my phone number later😊)img_8552

This is just my starter page, walking into 2019.

IMG_8553.JPG

IMG_8554.JPG

Now we’ll get on with it!

Okay, here is the first page of my new Bullet Journal. I always do this at the beginning of the month. I like to see everything that I have coming up laid out for me.

IMG_8583.JPG

I’ve just started doing this “year at a glance” in this past year! I really like how they look. Here’s how to do it:

1) Draw two half-inch thick bars across the page, top and bottom of the page, looking like a floating shelf or something like that.

img_8584

2) Draw two lines down the page, then do three lines across, creating twelve rectangles/squares. Draw the numbers of the days of each month inside the squares, along with the name of the month, all the way down.

img_8589

It ends up looking really cute! I did this in pencil, for, well, I don’t know why! Hehe.

I highlighted holidays in blue, birthdays in pink, and events in grey. There’s a lot going on this year!

IMG_8592.JPG

How do you like these designs? Did you like this post? Do you BUJO?

Well, come back tomorrow! 5 days left!

Have a 🎶woonndeerrffull ddayyy!🎶
